200+miles 10,000+ft of climbing so far.TAKING TODAY OFF.Danes 1st Century tomorrow

200+miles, 10,000+ft of climbing, and with no towns for 100 miles tomorrow til Catavina we are taking today off. A great first 5 days of riding with Dane. Dane is in great shape but it's important to build a cycling base to avoid injury. Dane is adapting very quickly to everything that goes into our journey. Gear, food, camping, riding everyday. The guy is a beast.This was his first 200+mile ride week AND he will do his 1st CENTURY ever tomorrow. So you can give him a big clap and cheer for that. Tomorrows route is no slouch. 100+miles. Tons of climbing and no towns to speak of til Catavina. Would we have it any other way? Probably not. Today we will eat. Yep I'm officially HUNGRY. Do laundry. Go to the bank. Skype some peeps and Relax. Then Get to bed early cuz tomorrow we shove off at 7am to give us enough time to finish. You probably will not hear from us on Thursday, December 9 as we complete the 100miler to Catavina.
