Friday Catavina to the middle of nowhere

Today I woke up and was tired. I spilled 2 cups of coffee and rode like a complete CAT5 masher. I realized i got NOTHIN in the legs today. Nothin. Musta been the 5097 ft of climbing yesterday in 50 miles. Oh well. Then I got a flat. A flat on my back tire mind you which requires me to take ALLLLL my stuff off to repair it.



I got it fixed just in time to realize how totally fricken hot it is outside and I had a headwind.



About this time I started dreaming about riding 30 miles and giving it the ol heav ho tomorrow. I met Dane and the Frenchies in Catavina. I got a bunch of fruit bread avo and tomatoe. I have food for 2 days and it cost $10 so that's cool. Dane and I decided to bag it off the side of the road. Here. So it's about 1:15pm on Friday. We are in the middle of nowhere. No Internet. Pretty tired. And laying in our hammocks off the side of the road.

The sun in shining. A nice breeze so it's nice to be in my hammock.
